All sessions, including therapy intensives, are held online via secure video. You must be physically located in California, Oregon, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, or Virginia at the time of your session. Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

Individual session: $275
Couples/family session: $450

Do you accept insurance?
I accept Lyra and Modern Health. For other plans, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement, check your plan's out-of-network mental health benefits.

Evidence-based and integrative: EMDR (certified), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction (MBCT/MBSR), Gottman Method (Level 2), Emotionally Focused Therapy, clinical hypnotherapy (Certified Hypnotherapist), attachment-based work, and culturally sensitive care. What is a therapy intensive, and how is it different?
An intensive condenses weeks or months of therapy into a half-day, full-day, or multi-day virtual program focused on one goal, trauma processing with EMDR, OCD treatment with ERP, or relationship repair for couples. It includes a pre-assessment and a follow-up integration session. Learn more here.
What happens in the free consultation?
It's a relaxed 15-minute video or phone call. You share what's bringing you to therapy, ask anything you like, and I'll give you my honest take on whether I'm the right fit, and if not, I'll try to point you toward someone who is.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are confidential and conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. The limits to confidentiality required by law (such as imminent risk of harm) are explained clearly before we begin.
