Online Therapy · Texas
Doctoral-level, certified ERP treatment for OCD, plus therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationships, for adults anywhere in Texas.
Specialist Care
Texas is big; specialist OCD care is not evenly spread across it. Telehealth closes that gap. Around 60% of my practice is OCD and related disorders, treated with Exposure and Response Prevention, the treatment with the strongest evidence base for OCD.
Intrusive fears of hurting someone you love, and the avoidance and checking that follow. These thoughts are common, treatable, and say nothing about who you are.
Unwanted thoughts about your baby's safety during pregnancy or after birth. ERP offers new parents fast, compassionate, evidence-based relief.
Washing, sanitizing, and avoiding that shrink your world. We build a hierarchy together and take it back, one exposure at a time.
Licensed in Texas. I hold an active Texas LMFT license (Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists, license #205871), so we can work together no matter where in the state you live. You simply need to be physically located in Texas at the time of each session.
Flexible hours for Central Time. Sessions are offered at times that work for Central Time, including evenings and weekends. Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
Secure video, real connection. Sessions run through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Research consistently shows that ERP delivered by video works as well as in-person treatment, and many clients find exposures more powerful at home, where OCD actually lives.
Wherever you are, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, or a small town hours from the nearest OCD specialist, treatment comes to you.
My Texas practice is not limited to OCD. I also work with anxiety and panic, depression, trauma and PTSD (as a certified EMDR therapist), couples and relationship issues (Gottman Level II), sex therapy, and more.

Many clients feel meaningful movement within 8 to 12 focused sessions, and intensive formats can accelerate that. The honest answer depends on severity, subtype, and how much practice happens between sessions; we will map expectations in your first appointment.
